INSTRUCTIONS:
The following is a ballot for my 'wood coaster poll'. If you would like to
participate, please change the 'o' at the beginning of a line to an 'X'
for each of the coasters you have ridden, and for your top ten replace the
'o' with numeral representing its' rank. The coasters are listed
alphabetically by location. Wood is in quotes above because I have included
three out and back style steelies (Magnum, Gemini, Excalibur). I
realize I could have included mine trains, and that the junior coasters
probably won't fare too well in this format but I wanted to keep it simple.
I have not included european or japanese coasters because I do not have a
list of them (write-ins will be accepted, however).
I plan to break down the results by total points and by average points per
poll taker who has ridden each coaster. Hopefully this will adjust some of the
bias that is introduced by the huge attendance discrepancies between the small
and large parks. It will also be possible to compare coasters head to
head (i.e. I will be able to say that of X number of people who have ridden
both coaster A and coaster B, Y prefer A and z prefer B. When you have
