Xcelerator looks scary.

Xcelerator looks scary.

I was at Knott's yesterday for a quick ride on Ghostrider (almost nobody in
line, but it took 25 minutes due to one-train operation), and was impressed
by how fast they're building Xcelerator. The main hill is almost complete
(just one more piece to cap it off) and it looks very scary.  The supports
are only ?-way up, so the rest of it is just track -- very twisty track. The
hill doesn't look like it's 200+ feet, but that's because I grew up thinking
the Skyjump tower was 200', when it's actually quite a bit higher than that.

So does anyone know what kind of restraints Xcelerator will have? I'm afraid
that the up/twist/crest/twist/down is gonna be deadly if there are OTSRs on
it.

Well the impulse coasters all seem to be fine.  I do however believe that
Xcelerator will have lap bars.

I doubt that it will have OTSR's on it, but Intamins ride similar to B&M's
anyway, so it would be smooth with them even. The impulses and Volcano have
OTSR's on them and head banging isn't a problem.
