Use of the term "ROLL CALL"

When would I use "ROLL CALL" in the subject of a post?  Only for special
events or should I use it any time I plan on going to a park and would like
to know who else will be there?

IMHO a "roll call" is for special events only [ACE events,
park-sponsored events like SRM, or an RRC gathering like IOA in
November] and for special days, such as the opening day of a park or
coaster.  If you are simply planning on being at a park on a specific
day [for example SFGAdv on Sun May 12th] and wish others to meet you
simply put in the subject header "Anyone going to SFGAdv on 5/12?" and
then in the body of the post mention any meeting times and ask people
who will be there to reply to you via e:mail or on RRC.

Let's see if anyone else happens to agree.

Sounds good to me too. Maybe we should have a roll call for the use of
"roll call"? :-)

Chris.

For a coaster nerd, you're pretty smart, Mooshy! ;-)p

Then again... You couldn't rub 2 sticks together to enjoy the "ultra
chong" stunt spectacular... hee hee

Back to the (Cedar? :-) point though, I agree with your explanation of
proper "roll call" technique.

In all honesty, it's up to you. We don't need no stinking "special uses"
here.
