Alton Towers - which rides will be open

Post by GGriffi4 » Sat, 21 Feb 1998 04:00:00

Hi

I am a member of the ECC and am going to AT on the 16th March to ride..... SW4

I've been following the rumours with great e***ment and can't wait to plummet
into that hole.

Can anyone tell me whether all the other rides (Nemesis especially, of course)
will be operational this early in the season? I hope SW4 will be good enough to
take up most of the day but after a 2 1/2 hour drive (I live in York) I would
like to get my money's worth.

Any experiences of AT this early in the season?

Gary Griffiths

In my past experience, they try to have everything working on day 1.
I know many years ago, the new rides wouldn't opne 'till June, but now
they're doing new rides for day one, everything should be running
(unless it snows or something like that)
