Hi guys!  I just got back from KBF, where I was today being filmed for
the Windjammer commercial.  I rode on the yellow track three times.  It
is opening to the GP tomorrow, Wednesday the 26.  Later, Tim

How was it?

I just heard back from someone who rode it todays, they are quoted saying,
"Flashback is a B&M compared to this thing! Windjammer in unbarable!!!!".

Sounds fun!

Happy Coasting!

Without riding it (so take this as you will), I did see local news
footage of a newscaster riding the thing.  First off, I thought the
trains were SHORT.  I heard they were like the MANHATTAN EXPRESS length,
which is only 4 cars, but these things only have 2! OUCH! Thats gonna
slow things down.  SPACE MOUNTAIN cars can carry more people.

2nd, the ride looked like it was moving very slowly, and the newscaster
has ZERO trouble talking to the mounted camera about the ride while he
was on it.  No hoops, hollars, or grunts or groans.  On the opposite
side of this though, the CAMERA was getting the ***beat out of it,
constantly glitching the video image.  Worse, this was a TAPED ride, not
a LIVE broadcast, so it wasn't interference.  Just bizzare.

And the final complaint, the thing DOES have head restraints.  Why?
Its got ONE loop, and thats it.  (SIGH) Oh well, maybe we should just
get used to this and forget that coasters ever came without them.

Okay, I lied...one more complaint...It was only seen on video, but
those damn trains look  U-L-G-Y!!!!!!!!!!!  ANd whats with that
strange looking fishermans netting on the front?
