I was looking at paddling books at amazon.com and saw this one by Corran.
Has anyone read this and what's up with it?
BTW the published date is 1997 but the boat one the cover looks to have a
round hulled boat. Didn't Corran invent the planning hull in the 1920's or
something;^)

Yeah, I've got it.  It's a hoot with a lot of wisdom mixed in.  I can't tell
what the boat is or who the paddler is on the front cover.  It does not look
like one of Corran's boats to me.  In fact, it does not look like Corran to
me.  Corran wears a Mad Hatter hat and a big Riot logo medal around his neck.

Yeah. It was really amazing, too, since he was born in 1970.

Tom Wolfe wrote a book called -From Our House to Bauhaus- which was very
critical of the world of modern Architecture. The Architects replied -
Tom WOlf's little book on architecture reflecting his little knowledge-
Mind you what this has to do with this tread I don't know!! :-)
