Hello,

I seek the infinite wisdom of the net 'yakers....
Well this is the model that I'm looking for (or very comparable one). I
don't think that there are too many kayakers in my area. If you have one
or know where I could get one for a decent price ~$400.00 please let me
know. I've searched for about a week on the Web with very little luck.
Basically, I want a good, used day-tripping/weekend touring kayak. Not
much more longer than 12'. I prefer something with dry storage and a
rudder. If you have some other suggestion on different models I'm open
to suggestions. Others that I've thought about are: Rascal and Pungo,
(ugly) Clearwater 13' and Otter, (not bad) Vesper and Spectrum (too much
dinero for me right now). I'm also looking for a good picture, and
price, of a Necky Gannet. I've heard that these are entry level touring
kayaks but I can't find anything about them.

Muchas gracias,
Al

P.S. Any northeast Ohio kayaking clubs out there????

Al,

I have a Pungo for sale.  One year old. Has experience in the Atlantic,
many eastern ponds and rivers, and the Allagash Wilderness Trail. Holds
everything you need for 18+ days. Great for beginner and/or yakpaking,
photography, birding. Nice open***pit may be ugly, but it's comfy.

Boat comes with halfskirt (worked good even on open ocean), extra
D-loops and bungie installed, color is granite.

Asking $430. Will deliver to Ohio for $20 more.
