Wooden hatch covers

Wooden hatch covers

Our Cross 42 trimaran has 9 teak hatch covers. They set about 4 inches
above deck and are very heavy. They are about 2'X2'. I would like to
replace them with a more modern cover that would be either flush with
the deck or closer to the deck. Aside from having some made, are there
large covers available? I haven't seen any that big. I would be prefer
fiberglass or aluminum.
