Leap and Drag or step and stride. Well in short he is an expert and
teaches sound fundamentals. He works with his students and forms a
program based on their (the players)level, strength, and abilites. In
short there are many ways of throwing a change-up--he knows the way's.

The awards and  recongnition are for a reason, paying one's dues. I'm
not here to talk technique but to recomend. Looking for a pitching
coach with sound teaching techniques; one who can do as well as teach ?
Then Ray's Fastpitch may well be your man.
