Slow Pitch bat recommendations

Slow Pitch bat recommendations

Post by NathanM » Tue, 25 Sep 2001 04:23:18

Hi,
This summer I started playing slow pitch and I'd like to purchase a
bat for the next season.  I live in Seattle and the
early-Spring/early-Fall part of the season can get pretty cold, and it
seems that some bats don't take too well to the colder temperatures.
Does anyone have any recommendations for bats?  I've used the Demarini
double wall bats that some of my teammates have, and I love them, but
I don't want to spend $200 for a bat that I might not be able to use
during evening games in April or September, or any sub-60o weather, or
that might dent easily.
Thanks,

Nathan,

Try the Miken VelocitE.  It has a all temperature warranty.  I have hit it
at around 40 degrees and NO dents.  This is an awesome bat with a lot of
pop.
Check out their website at www.mikensports.com if you are interested.
