My Girl Needs Help

My girlfiend has played softball all of here life.  Over the summer she
took a break so she could have a fun vacation.  When she came back to the
sport about a month ago she had lost a lot of her talent.  Now since I
have the of the role of being the boyfriend of the relationship I take her
to the field every now and then so she can try and catch up on her skills.
Whenever I hit the ball to her she thinks I'm supposed to give her tips
on how she can improve.  I just stand there with the bat in my hand
looking like a shmuck not knowing what to say.  Now if any of you guys can
help me out and tell me what I could tell her it would be greatly
appreciated.  Just little comments like "keep your shoulders square", or
"keep your eye on the ball" will do just fine.  Thanks.

Its great that you are secure enough to help your girlfriend out
with softball.  So many boys are intimidated when their girlfriend
shows an interest in playing softball.

Check to see if she is watching the ball.  It is a fundamental
problem that creeps in to a players form.  At all times (fielding,
throwing, batting), the nose should be pointing toward the ball.
When she is fielding, make sure that she is looking directly at the
ball.

Using two hands is also important...as well as using her feet.
