Socal ASA Annual Coaches meeting

Attended the annual Socal ASA Annual Coaches meeting today. For those of
you who do not live here Super Bowl Sunday is one of three official
holidays out here, Moms day and Christmas being the other. So the
Saturday before Socal ASA and all their officals host a coaches meeting
for all age groups. Teams register, set up friendlies, and attend
various meetings. Included are many (too many) vendors, fashion shows,
speeches, clinics, and age group meetings. But despite all the 100s who
attend, the hard work, the effort that goes into this annual event, the
food is still the worst. 15$ for a plate of pasta noodles with spagetti
sauce and a bun is bad. But hey we had electricity LOL

Hey Andy, Didn't you know, this was a fundraiser for some of the
local teams.....

They were all on bicycle workout machines hooked up as generators
just off of Beach Blvd..... Makes a ton for the fitter teams..    the
number of watts they produce not only lights the ASA Meeting, it gets
them bonus cash incentives for their teams.

Wasn't there a team called "power" ??????
