The Conclusion:
I spoke to Greg Massialas, finally.  He's the spokesman of the
Organizing committee of the San Fran Circuit, and he agreed to run a
seperate women's sabre event (not a point earning thing, of course),
PROVIDED that 12 women register directly to him by DECEMBER 17.  So, I'm
appealing once again to any women sabre fencers, friends or acquaintances
of women's sabre fencers, or women who are going to the circuit event in
either foil or epee who wouldn't mind picking up a sabre, or friends or
acquaintances of women of this description to please register or for those
of y'all unable to, please pass on this info...

A WOMEN'S SABRE EVENT WILL BE HELD ON MONDAY, THE 17TH OF JANUARY, AT THE
NORTH AMERICAN CUP (CIRCUIT) IN SAN FRANCISCO, PROVIDED THAT TWELVE WOMEN
REGISTER FOR THE EVENT BY DECEMBER 17, 1993.

IF YOU ARE INTERESTED, SEND A CHECK FOR $35 (PAYABLE TO USFA, I ASSUME)
TO:
        GREG MASSIALAS
        2607 POST ST., SUITE B
        SAN FRANCISCO, CA 94115

WITH YOUR NAME, CLUB YOU ARE FENCING FOR, USFA NUMBER, AND RATING IN SABRE,
ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER, ETC.

For any more info, contact either Greg Massialas at (415)441-0521
or Sara Solomon (617)782-8635

Please download and post at your clubs, or college salles, and once again,
if you know any women who are planning on fencing at the circuit event, in
either foil or epee, pass this info onto them as well.

Thanks a TON to all of y'all!
