The best bet might be to try your local University.  If it is a large
campus there is likely some fencing program.  Try the recreational sports
division first as many times the fencing is under a "club" heading.

Unfortunately, I have no idea of where to take lessons.  I live in

The information that I've seen on the net (such as web pages) suggests
that there is a club right at the University of Cincinnati.  But I'm sure
there are those on this newsgroup with first-hand knowledge.  Anyone?
