Anyone has places to recommend where
I could go to fence and maybe take classes in Paris (France) ?

Try the Tour Montparnasse.  It's an area that sorta reminds me of Times
Square.  If you face the tower and the Coca Cola sign's at your back
there should be a fencing salle and a pool right in front of you.
Well... not *right* in front of you exactly.  You have to go downstairs.

This fencing group's associated with the airports/airlines of France.
I forget the name of it and the specific address but I can email you a
more specific way of finding the salle.  They adhere to a very strict
seasonal schedule so if you're planning to fence there in the summer,
FORGET IT.  Same problem exists in London.
