reservations ASAP. The host hotel, Holiday Inn North San Jose will be
taking PCC reservations at the $59/night price through MAY 1. If you
reserve later, I believe the rate is $109 (steep, huh?)

Holiday Inn (I don't have that number off hand), you cannot tell them
about the PCC price, but when you check-in, you should mention that you
are checking in for the PACIFIC COAST CHAMPIONSHIPS (look, these guys
don't know PCCs from PCBs from PCAs, so you have to spell it out for them)
and you will be getting the $59 deal. If they***you, please tell me,
and we'll unscrew things.
Please check the CenCal web site for more updated info, including the map
of the area.
Also, we understand that many divisions held their PCC qualifiers late.
We will take late entries with postmarks no later than TODAY, April 26
without late fees (despite the April 24 deadline). So please, DON'T CALL
ME and ask whether you'll get in without the late fee. Late fees are to
discourage lazy folks, not oppress the stressed out folks.
