Of course taping is probably the best method, provided its done by someone
who can wrap the ankle correctly. But while you're playing this summer,
consider beginning a strengthening program to improve the
muscles/tendons/ligaments in the ankle area. My physical therapist has
done wonders following a severe ankle sprain I suffered playing, of all
things, racquetball. It only takes TIME, and next summer you'll feel alot
more comfortable playing with minimal or no support.
