Thinking of finally moving onto the water in Lake Region in NH

We are currently on Newfound lake 15 years (or should I say just off) shared
beach etc.
It's time we would like to move on to a lake.

I'm not a hard core skier, just got my first true ski boat (Tiga 20i)

Anyway can folks share their thoughts on the different NH lakes from a
skier's point of view:

Here is what I do know:

Newfound is a gorgeous lake.  Super clean, deep, cold, water turnover is
high some houses still use it as drinking water.
Not many coves for those breezing days for skiing, no clubs, no ski course.
Not too busy, except a few peak weekends.

Winni. My concern is we may buy in one spot but the good ski spots could be
a long way away. The chop can be large for a 20 foot ski boat.  Lots of
choices on this lake.  Weekend commute from MA is also a concern to some
spots on this lake.

Sunapee. Looks very similar to Newfound.

Squam. Nice looking, very expensive, lots of under water surprises I hear
(i.e. rocks).

Winnasquam. Why is this lake so cheap?

As far as locations around the US, I would not want to be anywhere else. We
love 4 seasons in New England.
