Tige 21V Riders Edition...any thoughts?

I am wondering if anyone has driven this boat.  It has a stepped hull like
Nautiques new ProAir, and it is a V-drive.  It seems like the next logical
step for a wakeboarding boat.  Thanks for the input.

I agree.  A V-Drive boat with a Tower is the way to go for Air intensive
Watersports behind a boat.

Now if they would just make a closed bow version I'd consider trading!!

Based upon some of the posts I've seen on this NG, I thought all the
boarders out there should know about the wakelist.  It's a great thing, and
will only get better with more wake junkies.  To subscribe to it, go to
http://home.earthlink.net/~sdickens/wakelist.html
and follow the subscribe link.  From there, just follow the instructions.
Later.

I caution anyone thinking of buying a Tige'. I was not at all happy with
customer service. They would not return phone calls or email. I had some
problems that I didn't think should have happened. But that is not the
point, they didn't want to respond to calls I place. The dealer I bought
the boat from forwarded email to them that I was not happy. No response to
me at all.

Dear unhappy Tige' owner,
I thought your boat was a Fineline? Go look again and see what it says on
the side. ;-) I agree with you Jerry, service after the sale is just as
important as the sale. They are screwing you around.

How much did it cost you?  What options did you get?  I was looking at the
Malibu Sunsetter LX but will probably go with the new LXI since it has nice new
interior/trunk.  But my mine is open to other boats.
TIA

Jim
As a Malibu Dealer, if you are seriously interested in the new LXI you may
want to place an order. In talking with California the other day they
informed me that they were only building 1 everyother day. Thats approx 15 a
month. They are already sold out of production on this model until feb /
march. If you are thinking custom order... if my math is correct you have
got approx. 60 or so units available.
Hope this info helps. Contact your nearest dealer for more details!
