I went there a couple of years ago. Nice facility. OK instruction.

If you are a serious slalom skier you may be disappointed in the instruction level. Go to Carl Roberge or someone of that caliber
instead.

I went to her a few years ago. She was operating on Lake Ivanhoe (public lake
).She also used Tige boats which I didn't rally care for. The best instruction
I got at a ski school was Jack Travers. He's not out to try and sell you a ski
like a lot of the pros that run ski schools. You might also try Petersons in
Orlando.

While you're here check out the Orlando Watersports Complex for cable
skiing.  I bought an annual pass there even though I live on a lake with a
Ski Nautique.  See www.perfski.com for location and specials.  The place is
a blast, it's not crowded, and you can ski till your arms fall off.  They
have a six ball course on one cable and another shorter cable for
wakeboarding.

Ditto on Peterson's.  Went there last winter and it was well worth
it.

I will second Petersons.  Bill Peterson is great to work with. He had me
pretty well sized up after a few passes and then started working on my
problem areas. He is patient, calm and tries to make sure you enjoy your
sking as well as learn how to improve.

John, I checked out the website for Perf. Ski . What is a "Cable Ski"? Is it
a cable that pulls a skier without a boat?

Lisa St John's place has Ski Nautiques or Air Nautiques for
wakeboarding. Look her up at www.lisastjohn.com. Ask the Florida
Southern College ski team about her. She is coaching them this year
too.Bet you won't hear a bad word towards her skills. They love her!
They ended up 1st their collegiate region to head off to Nationals this
year.
