                   MOTIVATIONS OF SHIPWRECK DIVING

WELCOME!!  This is an opportunity for you to participate in an INNOVATIVE
research project conducted by a GRADUATE student at Indiana University
in Bloomington, Indiana U.S.A.

This survey will take about 2-3 minutes to complete.  Your responses to
questions contained in this survey will be COMPLETELY CONFIDENTIAL.
Your name/info will not be given to any other organization for ANY reason.
The survey is divided into two sections.  The first section, section (A)
asks you to respond to questions and statements concerning shipwreck
diving and your motivations for shipwreck diving.  Section (B) asks you to
provide several important reasons why you seek shipwreck diving
experiences. The last section, section (C) asks you to provide some
information about yourself which will further assist in the research
process. Please take a moment to think about some of the last shipwreck
dives which you have participated in as a sport diver.

Please respond via Email to this post

Graduate student in WHAT?  The survey to me (A math major) looks more like
a psychological and personality type survey than anything related to diving.
(You could change the phrase 'shipwreck diving' to anything and the survey
would still be applicable.)

I suspect that this survey has nothing to do with diving, and as such recommend
it be ignored.
