Barefoot lakes in New England

The eastern region American Barefoot Club is looking for sites to ski
(compete) on. If you foot or ski and are willing to share, let me know. As
any skier knows it is getting very hard to find good water!!

Barefoot lakes in New England

We ski on Long Lake in Maine in the summer and early mornings are
excellent. Stays like glass till 8 - 8:30am. So, we get a good 3 hours of
glass in each day. At the northern end is a small town of Harrison which
has a good ramp.  There are some B&B's in the area.  Plus, in Harrison
there is a smaller lake called Crystal Lake.  Ramp there and since it is
smaller, it is protected from the wind. Beter sking during the daytime.
