I went in to my local gym for a fitness eval (%BF, flexibility and MHR)
and the woman doing the test showed me the Power Systems catalog. Some
really WEIRD stuff.......you're damn right I ordered the catalog! If
anyone gets Triathlete, (boy is THAT a dumb statement) in this month's
issue, TRAINING column, there's a picture of someone running on the
treadmill from hell with elastic bands tied to his quads. The elastic
bands are the types of things in the bulk of this catalog. I did however
see a video on rotator cuff rehabilitation ( a MAJOR concern since I
wrecked a steel racer in a head on with a wooden column).
BTW, Any comments on Rotator cuff rehab?
