p.s. Any RST'ers going to Wendy's in Columbus this year?

I attended the  first camp in San Diego this year and had a ball. Great
for all levels, including middle-age middle-of-the-pack types like me.
Lots of good info/insights, moderate workouts with the icons and fine
folks.
