Im a right breather, beginner swimmer. Im making great grounds on my
swimming. TI book is helping. However, my left shoulder pops when i
recover-retrieve my arm. Ive had some discomfort in it after some
swims. But it quickly dissipates. Ive found if i pull my left arm up
and close to my stomach it doesnt pop. I guess i should learn to
breath on both sides. Any advice would help this roadie. Cheers
