Since I swim and run a fair amount, I decided to look into
triathlon. So I got some books on the subject from the local
library with the hope of one day becoming a triathlete.
One thing that puzzles me after reading these books is that
the training schedules they have for beginners/wanna-bes never
seem to include running and swimming on the same day. Does
anyone know why?
And while we are on the subject of beginners, can someone
recommend a good book that they have used for training.
