How about prorating out the training program. For instance if the highest
volume week in the program is 12 hours of training and you are figuring on
doing 20 hours per week, pro rate the volume out so that your largest volume
week is the same week as the peak volume week(s) in the program. You will
also need to adjust the volumes throughout.
It can be done. I recently did it for a marathon training program that I am
considering (of course doing it for one discipline is easier than 3).
