I need some opinions from the seasoned veterans. I am into my 3rd season
of triathlon/biathlons this year ... and my question is about cramps. In
the past I have NEVER had any problems with cramping during running or
biking. During my past two events I have had severe cramping in my calves
during the bike segment (usually during the last few miles of the bike
