stomach cramps on the run

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to eliminate stomach cramps
during the run of triathlons.  I cramped extremely bad during the run
of the Florida Challenge 1/2.  I took in plenty of fluids on the
bike---three to four water bottels plus one large banana and four
gu's.  I took water at every mile in the run, also ended up taking in
Race Day (fluid replacement) and coke during the last 6 or 7 miles of
the run.  the cramp was in the front of my stomach up high just below
the rib cage.  Felt like it was probably my diaphragm.  Anyways, I
couldn't breath during the run.  It was very frustrating because I
couldn't put in any effort to run faster because of the pain
breathing.  I have had sporatic history with these cramps during
tri's.  sometimes I get them and sometimes I don't.  Does anyone know
what causes them and how to get rid of them.  Thanks.
