Although I have never done a triathlon before, I have been an extremely
active person. Recently, I have decided to participate in a Triathlon in
my area on November 6th and I was wondering how I can hone my training
schedule or make any modifications to my equipment or mentality in gearing
up for the big day. Currently, I train 6 days a week: Swim/Lift Mondays,
Wed, Fri.; run (up to 7 mi)/ ride (30-40) Tues., Thurs., Sat.
Any thoughts, advice, or >ANYTHING< would be greatly appreciated....
