Tri Md track workouts were benificial to me, Brad is a very good coach,
But for biking Baltimore Bike Club evening rides were always a better
workout. "A" riders set a good pace for a 35 mile workout, starting at
Greeenspring Station Tues, Wedn,& thursday. Email me directly and I can
