Anyone out there familiar with the structured workouts conducted by
Tri-MD. If so, what's you're impression of the workouts and how do
you think they helped you. I know they did hold track workouts at Hopkins
and some biking workouts from somewhere in the county.

Tri Md  track workouts were benificial to me, Brad is a very good coach,
But for biking Baltimore Bike Club evening rides were always a better
workout. "A" riders set a good pace for a 35 mile workout, starting at
Greeenspring Station Tues, Wedn,& thursday. Email me directly and I can
send more details to anyone interested.

I'm sure I'm not the only one who would like more details.  I hope you
will post them to r.s.t.

Regarding Track Sessions:

After Tri-Md discontinued the coached track sessions, local athletes
contacted me and asked if I would "take over".  I did for almost the whole
season and enjoyed the whole experience very much and received positive
feedback from the athletes.  I will be continuing the sessions again this
year (focusing on multi-sport tempo training) one or two nights a week at
either Hopkins, Towson State or Loyola High.

For more info., please call me at 410-321-1494.

Thanks
