HELP! cramps when running!!!

Post by Spf » Tue, 05 Aug 1997 04:00:00

Now, I realize cramps are part of the job, but recently I have been
getting far worse cramps than I have ever had in my life. Can anyone give
me a phisiological explanation for cramps? More importantly, would someone
please tell me how to make them go away?!?! Even if I could just get back
to my normal cramps, that's fine. It makes me feel alive!!

Thanks,
Scott

Cramps are a great sign of dehydration. How much water to you drink
per day? I found this to be a big impact on cramping.
