Run, Bike, Swim in San Francisco?

Bay Area Residents,

I'll be in San Francisco for New Year's, and was wondering if there are
any swim or run races in the city over the weekend.  I haven't had any
luck searching Runner's World.

Also, any ideas on a good 50 mile bike ride?

Thanks, and Happy Y2K!

I'm going to be in Santa Rosa, CA for New Years and there is a marathon
and 1/2 marathon there on New Years day.  It's called the Millineum
Marathon and 1/2 marathon.  Go to www.vineman.com for more info.

Bike the Paradise Loop for a memorable Bay area biking
experience.  The ~leeway site probably has a map...
if not, call Start to Finish Bikes on Lombard or
Mike's Cyclery in Sausalito.

Check out www.theschedule.com. There are a few close by, but only a measly
3.5 mi hangover cure in the city.
