I've been having some serious stomach problems while running. It
seems like each time I start to run hard, my stomach starts feeling
queasy and I feel like I need to stop to use the bathroom. I'm sure
other people get upset stomachs while running, I was just wondering
what people do to get rid of them. I try going to the bathroom before
going out, and that helps some of the time, but at other times I still
get that bad feeling. Any advice would be great.
