My favorite post-race food is a big turkey sandwich on a sourdough roll.  
A caffeine free pepsi, and a half a bag of potato chips.  

What is your favorite meal?

It depends on how long "post-race" is.  Sometimes, my "post-race" extends
for a few days, sometimes weeks.

Me?  I like to reward myself with a thick milkshake and a yummy burger and
fries at a 50's-type diner like the Peninsula Creamery.  Your mileage may
vary.

A BIG bowl of yogurt, Raisin Bran, Peanut Butter Cap'n Crunch, Cocoa
Puffs, banana, topped off with skim milk. :-)
(Washed down with some _good_ coffee)

Favorite post race food - Brocolli and Tofu pizza.  Favorite pre-race food
- righteous pinto bean, kale, and brown rice basic plate dinner from my
favorite local restaraunt (sp?).  I always pick up an order when going out

Being a swim coach I need to set a good example for my athletes (you
being one of them,. Janet), so I eat something from each of the 4 basic
food groups:
1.Beer
2. Chips
3. Salsa
4. Ice Cream

a)Beer
b)Advil
c)Coffee

Okay, maybe three....
