For those of you interested and want to start training on it... CFT/Sommer
sports will be providing Hydra-Fuel (Twinlabs) as their hydration drink.

Also, for those worried about the aid stations on the "*** on
Sugerloaf" Ride, the aid stations in the Great Floridian will be more
frequent and closer together.

Finally, the bike course is flatter this year (after the first 40 miles)
but the first four miles of the run will be hillier.

Seems to be some conflicting information here.  I just received race update
information from CFT/Sommer Sports for the Great Floridian.
It states Gatorade will be used.

True, when I called, they still had Twinlabs providing the fluids, but
they backed out so CFT/Sommer is now going to be using Gatorade and the nw
packets reflect that.
