You hear alot these days about people needing to eat at least some meat
but that's not been my experience. I've been vegitarian for several
years now and feel much better than when I was eating meat. I really crave
vegetables in a way I never did before. Of course now I only eat fresh
vegetables. I can't imagine how I ever ate canned spinach and the like.
Alot of people ask me if I`m getting enough protein. When I point out
the obvious fact that I'm 6'3" and 220 lbs they cease wondering. So
I'm vegatarian becasue it makes me feel better and becasue I don't get
all the chemicals and ***that you find in meat. It doens't hurt
that there's a few more living things around either.
