I think Aristtotle would have called Euclid, who would have put a
compass and straight edge on those photos linked, and come to the
inescapable conclusion that, wherever and whenever the pictures were
taken, the velocipede illustrated has a larger rear wheel than front.
Shucks, I put a ruler up to my monitor screen, and the difference in
wheel radii was rather marked.
