for the rest of the year i don't plan on doing any more triathlons or
duathlons except 1 more 5k and a half marathon. i have had a 1 a month
race season for my first season and i have to say i loved it and i am
hooked. but my question is what to do for the rest of the year. I plan
on training for my half marathon but come to the biking and swimming
should i still have a periodization type thing or should i just do the
same distaces for the rest of the year to maintain my fitness. Is that
the way to maintain fitness?
