Everything being equal it might take you another 1\2 hour.
But things aren't equal so here's my .02.
The swim at M&Robs was more difficult because it's the ocean, was cold,
foggy, the swell wasn't too big but the sun was in my eyes, and they
shortened the swim so who knows how long the distance was.
Again, nothing being equal because they shortened the bike because the
delayed start from the fog. The bike is pancake flat unlike Wildflower
which has lots of hills in various shapes and sizes.
The run was equal in length, but again Mikes is pancake flat and
Wildflower has hills and hills. It took me 15 minutes longer for the run.
Wilflower's the beginning of the season, and at Mikes I was in better
shape. These are both great races and you'll enjoy them both for what
they are. Just be forewarned as John K. told me last year, Wildflowers
thinking of adding some more hills to the swim.
