with the mileage I would do a 56 mile bike and 13.1 mile run brick workout
(I did this twice). I ended up finishing in 5:21:11 (I know keep my day
job). I am now training for a 3/4 Ironman (84 mile bike, 19.6 mile run) ...
I'm comfortable with the transition (mechanics and feeling) ... but again
want to feel comfortable with that type of mileage. What type of brick
