After having raced for the last three weekends, I feel a low energy
drain coming on...many would accept this as rest, but I wanna race!
Three weeks ago I participated in the SF Marathon Relay, two weeks ago
it was the Corporate National Races in San Diego, and last weekend it
was Vineman 1/2. No races this weekend :(
This morning, after having returned to 4 days of workouts, I cycled
briefly on the trainer and then did a 7+ mile run (<45 min). Got the
heart going, but am wondering what to do for the weekend..racing blues!
