My name is Kevin Gerard and I am new to the world of triathlon.
I intend to work hard overy the next 10 months to get fit for this great sport.
Anyway, I am looking for some help concerning a practice organization.
The following info should give you a clue about my current level.
I run on average 4 minute kilometers for races between 30 mins and an hour.
I bike 30km/hour up to distances of 75 kilometers.
I swim ...... badly !!!!! I don't drown though (about ten minutes a quarter mile)
Well, I need to practice some so if any of you have some advice on how to practice seriously I would very much appreciate it.
