Using an invalid email address yourself, and inviting others into
spam-addresslists, GREAT!

YO,***HEAD!

EVERY, and I mean EVERY e-mail I write has an anti-spam address at the
top & my tag-line correct address at the bottom.  SO, flamemeister, you
can KISS my schmuck if you are unable to read ENGLISH and want to flame
people at random for your blatant failings.  BTW, go to the end of this
message and READ my correct e-mail, if you can...

People like you, who have nothing better to contribute, should just stay
the hell out of the newsgroups.  Go play with yourself!

AND, I AGAIN thank them for the nice HRM I won!

If you live to a hundred and one, you will never contribute as much to
this NG as Herr HaJo already has.  Take your own advice.

It just so happens that we offer a FREE monthly HRM as an indication of
our goodwill and support for HRM technology.

Incidently, what do you offer....

If you would like to assist us then please let us know. It may be
benificial to a lot of people.

Oh oh, I feel mooved. Oh, it's great to see such public service without any
personal interest. Tears dropping...

Mr. Nunan,

Please don't assume this individual speaks for all.

There are those who welcome relevant information.

If you have a *relevant* service to offer, post, and tell us about it.

No advertising is allowed on misc.fitness.weights.  I don't know how
the other newsgroups you spammed feel about advertising; no doubt
they'll tell you themselves.  If not in email then in complaints to
your ISP, mailbombs, viruses, trojan horses, etc.  At least, that's
how we on misc.fitness.weights explain our feelings to spammers who
don't listen the first time we tell them.

Hmmm...that's funny...I'm still waiting for you to make good on
your promise to give away a free Polar Pacer NV that you promised before
Christmas as detailed below:

In "What's New" issue number 7, you said:

"We invite you to contribute to "Whats new" by asking you to tell us how

you have been using your HRM.....if you have one!!!

We thought that this information may be useful to pass on to others....

Of course we do not ask you to do this for zilch... so we are offering
another

FREE Polar PACER NV to the best entry received.

We ask you to respond by email to Subject: "HRM uses"

and briefly (no more than 500 words) tell us how you are using the HR, or

the zones, or the timers, or the  recovery  timer, or the time in zones,
or any

other feature of a Polar HRM.

Please state whether you are using the HRM as a , Beginner, Regular

exerciser, Sports person, or for Rehabilitation.

We will take entries up to Friday 12th December... this will enable us to

announce the winner and dispatch the PACER HRM  in time for Christmas."
