Cheap room for the Olympics available!

To show that all Atlanta natives are not money grubbing scum, Ive got an
offer for you.   I have an apartment in Midtown, walking distance to the
Olympic villiage, boxing venue, aquatics venue, and very close to the
subway station which can wisk you to every venue quickly.  Great view.
This is a prime location.

I will be in the apartment during the Olympics...in fact I will be working
with the games.  But my front room and roll out couch-bed would be perfect
for a couple of short on cash students from overseas.  I'm 25 and would
prefer someone around my age, english speaking and from outside the US.
This is my gesture of goodwill.  I don't have much to offer but a cool air
conditioned place to flop and cook meals.

Asking price?  Hmm I've heard prices of $1000 a night.   How does $50 a
night sound?  Split between two people thats not bad at all.   If it comes
down to bidding, I might accept more....or less....but I'd like to know
your story, a little about you.  I hope to make some good friends out of
this.  The money is just to cover rent, incidentals, and the small
inconvenience of people (however nice) sleeping in my living room.

Let me know what you think.

Hi Bryan,

It is refreshing to see that someone in the Atlanta area isn't trying to
make a fortune off their extra beds.  My name is Barb. I am not a
student.  I am a single mom from Ohio who saved up for tickets to the
Olympics.  Little did I know how difficult it would be to find lodging.
What I'd like is to find somewhere to stay for one or two nights for my
7-yr old daughter and myself.  We have tickets for the 26 of July and
would need lodging for the 25 and 26th.  I would like you to consider
renting out to us.  Please let me know if it is at all a possibility.
Thank you.

Great idea!  It's nice to see that everyone is not in a "What's
in it for me frame of mind".  Let us know what kind of response
you get.
