Sure it is.  Many hotels in big cities charge 100+ a night for a room with just a
double bed.  I know because I've stayed at many on business.  For $510, you get
three private bedrooms, a kitchen, living room, dinning room, laundry, yard, etc.
Not to mention free phone calls, and much better TV reception.

Granted there are many people overpricing their homes/condos/apts, but you can
find reasonable rates.

Then what is reasonable?  I've seen them from single rooms at about $150/day
to, well, I guess they must be mansions or something like that for like
$5000/day.

This I agree with, $500 a night for a 3 bedroom place is very
reasonable... If you know of any, tell me. I do not think that $500 a
night per room is reasonable (and that is the price I have been seeing
($500 a night is not too bad if it is split by 10 or 11 people you could
stuff into a 3 bedroom place...
