Canada's J team wins Bronze medal at WC

Canada's 10th best possible team (probably lower since 350 Canadians in

NHL) won the bronze at the "world championships" in Finland vs. the

best from European leagues.  And played away from home on larger ice

surface.  Swedish coach said Canada does not even compare with Sweden

team. This after barely beating a bunch of nobodies, has-beens,

never-will-be's (except Hirsch and Jomphe) by one measly goal at home.

HA! We all saw how strong you are in the 4-1 final defeat to Finland.

I was at the 1991 Canada cup (the real WC) and Lindros and co. could

kick you off this planet any time, anywhere if all players are

 available.(just like in junior WC).

see you all.   Jim the ice fan.

The World Championships were in Sweden, Stockholm and Gavle.

Why had you settle to a meager 2 - 2 tie against Finland if you could
kick anybody out of this planet any time?
