Someone posted Whitehaven can't go up even if they win the grand final for
NL.
While the person may be kidding, what actually happens if the winner of NL
isn't allowed into the super league? Does the bottom club not get relegated?

Doesn't the grand final of NL happen around the same time as the super
league one? So nobody will really know the fate of the bottom club in super
league until then.

If Whitehave don't make it to the Grand Final then the bottom club (Les
Frogs excluded) know they will be relegated because Hull KR, Leigh & Widnes
have all been given the nod of acceptance - providing they win the GF.
I can't believe any club will be as lucky as Huddersfield - they finished
bottom (twice?) and avoided relegation be SL refused to accept the NL1 GF
winners.
