Congratulations to London Broncos on reaching Wembley. Great game, real edge
of the seat stuff until the final hooter. Steele Retchless, great try, great
name, a worthy man of the match. With London in the final, we might actually
get some decent coverage from the national media.

Do I feel sorry for Cas? The players and coach yes, the Cas supporters NO!!!
I've yet to meet a Cas supporter who doesn't hate Leeds so they'll get no
sympathy from me.

I thought about going down to the Horse & Jockey in Castleford tonight
(Saturday) for a few beers and to take the piss, but thought the atmosphere
down there might be a bit funereal, so I went to Otley instead. Didn't want
to get my head kicked in either!!!

I fancy the Bulls to win tomorrow (today!, well it is 1AM) but I hope I'm
wrong. I'm gonna watch the match on TV - I was going to buy a ticket, but I
always bring Leeds bad luck when I go.

I was of the impression that the BBC coverage today was a bit of an
improvement on what we've had to put up with of late - nice to see the
Grandstand presenter Steve Rider actually at Headingley instead of the
studio. They usually reserve outside broadcasts for Rugby Union, the Grand
National and the boat race. Also, I can't remember too many verbal*** ups
from Ray French either (makes a change). BBC Camera work still amateurish
though.

Anyhow, I'm pissed as a fart as I write this posting, so apologies for the
rambling. I'll sober up in the morning with a bit of luck.

Regards

Jeff.
