Manchester Evening News Back Page tonight is carrying a story about
Manchester City FC being keen to start up a Manchester Super League
club playing at Maine Road when they move to the new Eastlands Stadium
in 2000.

Apparently they've already spoken to Lyndsey who's obviously keen
although no official proposal has been put forward.

Whether this will include a merger is anybody's guess.....I'll post
more when I get the full info...

10-1 its Swinton attempting to fast tracked into SL.

But when they played Bolton a couplt of decent tackles and he did sod
all. The guys a bottler. Brilliant when you let him play but let him know
he is in a game and he hides.
